Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger, born on February 22nd, 1983 was an American actress, comedian and executive producer. She was the winner of the NBC show Last Comic Standing 2008 and has since been the host of the dating show syndicated by TBS Excused as well as the TBS show Separation Anxiety.

 Shlesinger hosted Truth and Iliza the late-night talk show on Freeform in the year 2017. There are six Netflix comedy specials. In April of 2020, Netflix premiered her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show.

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was a daughter of an Jewish family. She was born in the city of New York to Jewish parents. The family relocated to Dallas as an infant. She was a student at Addison's private Greenhill School, Texas where she was a student of Spanish and was a part of the school's improvisation team.

 Shlesinger was a performer at ComedySportz Dallas and was a freshman at the University of Kansas. She also participated in Semester at Sea. She was a student at Emerson College in Boston. She studied film and editing. She was also an actor in the Jimmy's comedy sketch group Traveling All S Shlesinger performing in 2017

 Shlesinger completed her college degree and relocated to Los Angeles to pursue stand up comedy. Shlesinger was a well-known participant in the Whiteboy Comedy standup comedy group in Los Angeles. This brought her to The Improv in Hollywood.
