Bernadette Peters

 

Bernadette Peters (nee Lazzara was born on February 28, 1948) is an American actor, singer, and children's book author. In her nearly six decades of professional career she has been on TV, in film and in musical theatre. She also performed concert performances on her own as well as recorded. A highly and acclaimed Broadway performer she has been awarded seven Tony Awards nominations, winning two (plus an honourary award) and nine Drama Desk Award nominations. She was awarded three. Grammy Awards were won for four of her Broadway role.



 



 Considered by many to be the most acclaimed interpreter of of Stephen Sondheim. Peters is known for her work on the Broadway stage, which includes the musicals Mack and Mabel (1974), Sunday in the Park with George (1984), Song and Dance (1985), Into the Woods (1987), The Goodbye Girl (1993), Annie Get Your Gun (1999), Gypsy (2003), A Little Night Music (2010), Follies (2011), and Hello, Dolly (2018).

  Malin Maria Akerman, who was born on 12 May 1978 in Sweden, is an American and Swedish actress. She played small roles on film and television as well, in both American as well as Canadian productions like The Utopian Society (2003), Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004). After being an assistant on HBO's mockumentary show The Comeback (2005) she was offered her first lead part in the romantic comedy films 27 Dresses (2008) and The Heartbreak Kid (2006). Alison Doody is an Irish actor and model. Born on November 11, 1966. Following her film debut with a small part in Bond film A View to a Kill (1985) she was later cast to play Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Siobhan Doovan portrayed Charlotte in Taffin in 1988 and Rebecca Flannery starred in Major League II in 1994. Doody was asked by a photographer to model who asked her to take on the role of model. Doody then began to build an industry-wide career in commercial modeling. Doody strove to avoid the glamour of nude roles which was a principle she applied in her acting.
